Empowering Small Minnesota Communities

The program supports small communities across Minnesota with design thinking and community strategies, to shape infrastructure projects to strengthen community assets and opportunities.
Community engagement and collaborative design is central to all of our efforts. These yearlong partnerships involve deep care, trust and creativity.
As Senior Research staff, Ursula leads various projects, coordinates program efforts, and collaborates to build components of the program. (Summer 2024 - present)
