Dish Truck Scheme Dreams
Margot Lystra / The Dish Truck
The Dish Truck is an innovative environmental business based in Ithaca, NY. By providing dishes for festivals and events, the truck replaces single-use plates, cups, and utensils with durable, reusable goods: dramatically reducing the waste produced. The Dish Truck needed a diagram to show its plans for expansion, which include an energy efficient multi-phase water heating system for washing dishes, and a greywater wetland for recirculating dishwater. Margot created an illustrative diagram that can be used in explaining this new system to the public.
